With a wealth of experience across the full general insurance value chain, Sunny has proven strengths in underwriting, corporate business development, and distribution strategy.
His proficiency in broker and client relationship management, technical claims handling, and operations management, combined with his ability to lead large teams, has positioned him as a pivotal force in both the insurance and consulting industries. Known for his strategic insight and in-depth industry knowledge, Sunny is instrumental in driving Capsurance’s growth and delivering sustained value to its clients and partners.
Sanjay brings over 36 years of extensive experience in the insurance industry, with deep expertise across underwriting, claims management, and human resource management. He has 20 years of experience with The New India Assurance Co. Ltd., a leading Public Sector Undertaking, where he held multiple key roles across Underwriting (U/W), Claims, and HRM.
In addition, Sanjay has over 14 years of leadership experience in the private insurance sector, having served at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. as Technical Head (U/W & Claims) and Zonal Head (Claims) for the regions of Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh.
Himanshu is a results-driven insurance and client servicing professional with over 18 years of experience in corporate account management, risk advisory and relationship management across leading insurance broking and financial services organizations. He has a proven track record in portfolio expansion, client retention and revenue optimization, supported by deep expertise in underwriting, claims management, and policy structuring.
Raman is a results-driven professional with over 20 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Channel & Project Management and Strategic Account Management across competitive industries. He is recognized for his entrepreneurial mindset, customer-centric approach and a proven ability to drive business growth through innovative strategies, strong client relationships and effective team leadership. Harish is a Post-Graduate from Kurukshetra University with a PGDM in International Business and Finance from IMT Ghaziabad. He is also a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India. With 18 years of extensive experience, Harish has excelled in managing BFSI functions for international clients in BPO, manufacturing, and insurance broking.
